A walkthrough of the space:
Walk in the front door, and straight ahead is the spacious first living room, perfect for entertainment, yoga, and fun. To the left are three bedrooms: the primary has a king bed and two single sleepers, and the other has an en suite full bathroom. A bedroom with two queens, an en suite full bathroom, and an office with a sofa that pulls out into a Queen bed. To the right of the first living room is the dining room, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with a spacious island, barstools, and a second dining table. Off the kitchen is the BBQ room, equipped with a gas BBQ and additional seating for fun dinners. Down the stairs to the right, you'll find the second living room, and out the sliding door is the pool area! The pool area is equipped with seating and a full bathroom. To the left of the stairs, you'll find in this order: a full bathroom, two bedrooms with a King and Queen, a joining full bathroom, a bedroom with a King and a Double, and a bedroom with a King and an en suite bathroom.

-NO parties or events.
-NO outdoor music past 10pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
-NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire.
-PLEASE rinse off before entering the pool. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
