As you enter the front door you step into the spacious, open-concept living room, dining room & kitchen. Just renovated & professionally staged to make the best first impression. The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two balconies.

Primary Suite:
Brand new, premium king mattress with plush linens & extra pillows & blankets. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and quality towels, soaps and toiletries for guest convenience. Equipped with a smart TV with plenty of streaming apps and small balcony.

The 2nd bedroom has custom made, built in bunk beds with two full beds top making this an epic kids room! Equipped with a smart TV, books, games, and plenty of pillows and blankets for a fun kid or friend sleepover.

Spacious living room with plenty of seating for all. Dining room table can sit 6 and 4 bar seats.
Living room also has pullout live seat with twin bed.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feed a family or group of friends.

The front balcony looks over Canal street, just one block from the ocean. The back patio will be your favorite spot! The soft breeze and water views are breathtaking.

All basic home supplies, laundry
detergent, toiletries, and k-cup pods provided.

The condo directly next-door is also available and can be booked together for multiple families.

Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo (unit #1). The dock is privately owned and should not be used by guests but guests have free access to the gazebo.

We won’t be there in person but we have a local property manager and always have three sets of eyes on the app in case our guests need anything during their stay. Quick response time means so much to a guest’s experience so do all we can to answer or fix any needs, as quick as possible.
