This magnificent Villa Del Sueno is ideally situated in the Canarian village of Tias in Lanzarote. Just a short walk from the villa is the village centre where you will find supermarkets, shops, good restaurants, tapas bars, local bakery and taxi rank. The spacious villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard and has 4 Large bedrooms of which 3 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.with. The large swimming pool is electrically heated and is surrounded by a huge terrace area furnished with comfortable sun beds, an alfresco dining area with relaxing chairs plus a barbecue area. An American pool table, Table Tennis together with Table Football are supplied for guests use. Air conditioning is available to keep you cool during those warm sultry nights. A large 7 seat hot tub jacuzzi is on the terrace for that soothing and relaxing soak and hydro air massage. Free WiFi wireless high speed internet hotspot is available throughout the villa and terrace helping you to stay in touch with friends and family whilst sipping that holiday cocktail.

Excellent relaxing family holiday location

Excellent accommodation, facilities (no bored teenagers) and location which was literally 5 minutes drive from the airport. You need a car to see Lanzarote and everything is less than an hours drive away. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating as we had a late evening flight and were permitted to stay on past the 10am check out. Would l stay again? Yes.

Wonderful Villa

This is a great villa for any family wanting a relaxing holiday. The pool table and table tennis were a real hit and the swimming pool and hot tub had lots of use even though the weather was not great. There are a small number of Spanish restaurants in Tias and a supermarket. A taxi to Puerto del Carmen was about €7 if you want a real touristy experience of Lanzarote. Teenage boys also enjoyed the sky sports package and we watched a couple of movies together from the online movie collection which was extensive! Villa was clean and modern with great showers!! Would happily return.

An amazing holiday with family and friends

This Villa was absolutely perfect for us, we were a group of 9 (2x families). Roy and Jill kindly put a 3rd bed in one of the twins for us to make it a triple and there was still loads of space. We were welcomed with a bottle of cava on Ice, which is totally the way to start your week! It has very comfy beds and more bathrooms than you need. There is plenty of space inside and out for all. The pool was perfect (heated and very warm) and the games (pool, table tennis, foosball and jacuzzi) kept all entertained. The full UK Sky package was a plus. We knew from the outset we'd need a car, so location didn't bother us. We did walk up into Tias one night for a meal which was excellent. We also got a taxi down into Puerto Del Carmen a couple nights. Taxi is 6 euros each way (tip on top) and the instructions left in the villa welcome pack make it very easy. We drove around the island and had some great days out. The waterpark in Costa Teguise is great fun, our kids (10-15) and big kids loved it. Some people complain about the noise from the Petrol station across the road. For us, it did not bother us in the slightest, I think they are talking about the blowers from the car wash. Yes you can hear them and if you're looking for calm and serenity then they probably will bother you, but for us actually the convenience of the petrol station was much more of a bonus and as I said, blower noise was not problem at all for us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for everything is because the location isn't on a beach surrounded with pubs and restaurants - but when do you ever find all that!?! Overall the Villa was 5 star and well deserving, we loved our time here and would love to return. Thank you Roy and Jill.

Holidaying with family and friends

Loved this villa and could not ask for more. Owners very responsive and willing to help and guide. The welcome pack was the best I’ve ever experienced. Villa spotlessly clean. Lots to do and keep both adults and children entertained. We had a fabulous 10 days and have returned refreshed. Thank you to both Roy and Jill for responsiveness and guidance pre-travel and during our stay. We had a fabulous time.

Fantastic clean villa , with a magnificent pool and games like pool table , table football and table tennis , plus an added bonus of a full uk sky package which we used to watch football on the Saturday. Very nice villa

Roy and jill was very helpful, villa and pool area well laid out and reallygood facilities etc. Short walk to Coffee shop , bars and shops was convenient. We ordered taxis to pick uo out P can garage they all turned up bur had to wait a while sometimes. Although it did not spoilour holiday i wish we were told if the view and thenoise of the petrol station opposite

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this villa was 1st class. It was exceptionally clean and the furnishings, equipment etc were to a very high standard. Location was excellent and local taxis were very reliable for venturing to Puerto del Carmen and other local areas. We did hire a car for 4 days so we could explore a little although we also spent many hours around the beautiful pool. Didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend this villa. The booking process and info provided by Roy and Jill made planning this holiday very straight forward and they always responded speedily via email.

Pleasant transaction from start to finish. The villa is lovely and we can not fault it. Roy was great to deal with and on hand for any issues we had. The only minor niggle we had was the noise from the petrol station, other than that we had a lovely, relaxing week and would definitely recommend both Roy and his villa.

Great location with a super sized villa

Super villa!! rooms have great sized beds with air con,spotless clean,shops are 5min walk to the bars/supermarkets everything working and even has a lunch with drinks on arrival. Fantastic Villa

We stayed as a family and I must admit the pictures doesn’t do this place justice! Really spacious and everything plus more that you could ask for! Opposite a busy garage but you can’t hear anything. Situated in Tías where it’s around €6.50 to get a taxi into Puerto Del Carmen. Lovely views and quiet. Small walk across the road to garage to get basic things but a short 5 minute walk uphill into the Tías town where’s there’s a supermarket. Overall we couldn’t fault the villa but if you’re looking to venture into the main town of Puerto del carmen then like I said it’s around €6.50 each way. Great stay!!

Great location , fantastic facilities

This villa is fantastic, well stocked! My 83 year old mother loved it as she could get away from the heat and she loved the garden table and chairs for sitting out and eating . The staff were very helpful . My mother could get into the pool which she has not been able to do that in other villas. My friends loved it also as did i , we all had our own bathroom and space . Great location can walk up to the village bit of a hill , petrol station across the road has all the essentials. I loved the walks through the lava field you can walk to Puerto del Carmen and matagorda . Would definitely go back

Fabulous Holiday

The villa was lovely and catered for all our needs. There is a shop in the garage across the road which sells newspapers, bread, milk etc so really handy. If you go left when you leave the villa and walk right up hill there are a number of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. There is also a medical center which you can access with your E111 health card, which we had to use and the service is excellent. A taxi into Carmen is about 10 euros, where again there are a number of bars and restaurants. It is also only about 10-15 mins in a taxi from the airport. We would highly recommend this villa.

Great property with everything that you need in a perfect location.

The property was very well maintained and clean. It was very spacious and caters for children. The location was ideal as it was a very short taxi from the airport. Tías is beautiful and has some excellent places to eat. We are already planning on returning next year.

Fantastic villa in handy location

Great facilities in this villa - in particular the heated pool and hot tub, which were both available instantaneously (unlike other places we have stayed in the Canary Islands). It was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing Winter break. Highly recommended.

Lovely weeks break in a beautiful villa

We had a really relaxing week away in this lovely villa, we cannot fault it. We arrived to Champayne on ice, first impressions of the villa were fab, we couldn't wait to check all the facilities out. Roy came regularly to service the pool and hot tub and was on the phone if we needed him, although we didn't as everything was perfect ! We would not hesitate to go back to this villa or choose another one from Roy. Thankyou so much for the welcome pack and letting us stay longer on our last day. We would recommend Villa Del Sueno 100%.

Very relaxing

We all had a great time, the facilities and cleanliness were excellent my grandchildren (2, 7 and 14) loved the pool, pool and table tennis table there was plenty to keep all ages entertained the Sky TV and Wifi was a real bonus and hot tub was a hit with the adults. Puerto del Carmen was only a five minute drive ( you do need a car) and Playa Blanca about 20 mins although it was hard getting everyone to leave the Villa. Customer service was excellent, Roy the owner was on hand if needed. We will definitely recommend this Villa to family and friends. We all left feeling very relaxed

Vraiment très agreable

Modern, Greatly equipped, Highly recommended.

This villa is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Roy and his wife really have thought of everything to make this home from home, right down to pegs for the clothes line! My husband and I stayed here with our 2 older daughters, their partners and our 14 year old son. Keeping my son happy was the hardest - as anyone with teenage boys will know! The only thing he complained about was the sun and not having an air con unit in his room! There was a ceiling fan but I don't think it was working. The villa is well equipped with enough for everyone, plenty of sofa seating, dining room, and patio seats and sunbeds. I really didn't notice anything we needed that wasn't provided. The furniture is very modern and comfortable. It was lovely having 3 en suites and a main bathroom, meant we all got use our own toilets!! My only little grumble was having a coin operated air con meter. Would've thought air con could be included in the villa rental price rather than guests having to make sure they have plenty of 1 & 2 euro coins and then making sure there's enough in the meter to get you through the night. The pool table and table tennis was a winner, especially with the table tennis being in the shade. The hot tub was fab for ending the night in after meals and drinks in Carmen. Taxis into Carmen were very efficient, (even missed two when we weren't ready quick enough!) and they were around 6-8 euros depending on daytime or evening and it is literally a 5 minute ride into the centre. Roy's villa book gave instructions how to order them and the lady who answered spoke quite good English too so it's not difficult to order. Roy is around too to help with any problems you may have with the villa which we found very reassuring, we knew he was only a phonecall away if we had any difficulties with anything. Their welcome pack was a godsend, especially the chilled cava, was great celebrating the first night of arrival in the hot tub with that! Thank you! In all this villa is a perfect base for families, with children young or old and young couples/groups. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic - Home from Home Love the place

Absolutely fantastic 5 stars all round I have to be unbelievably picky to fault the experience we had staying at this villa. The villa is spacious; well equipped and the quality of furnishings is above standard from previous holiday rentals. The pool is inviting and always warm, as is the hot tub, Wifi/Internet has good coverage for the size of the villa. Out door BBQ was great used it loads and the outdoor seating. Shaded areas if you needed them, nice warm winds kept us just right; don't let the high temp's scare you we had 42 highs but it felt like 28-30 at home due to the wind. The lows of 22 at night are just right too. Didn't need the air-con except for when the husband got a little sun burnt from the beach trip :-) so he put it on in one of the bedrooms. Villa is very quiet even next to the main road, the road is so smooth you don't hear the traffic when it passes. Neer heard an aeroplane once as it is 10-15mins away. HiperDino in Tias cheapest and best choice; we found it cheaper than the del carmen stores (must be because its a local's shop not many tourists in it we thought). Loads to do on the island Carmen is very nice to visit (over crowded to stay there we thought) and same for Playa Blanca. Easy access in and around the villa. We used Roys recommendation for the car rental and they we good and very cheap. Getting around the island was easy and really nice views the kids loved it. Rancho Texas great day out. See what I am doing here..talking about the island as the villa was awesome; If I had to say anything bad - it didn't have a pen; wanted to do a crossword in the magazine. I also didn't like the idea of having to pay for AirCon i.e. coins in a meter seemed cheap to me, but we only used the aircon for one night and it cost about 30p. but seriously do not let this put you off FANTASTIC place and worthy of a second visit. We are considering one of Roys other villas he has next time, as we usually don't go to the same place twice. Overall a Massive Thank you to Roy a smooth transaction, good communication and a credit to your collection. PS loved the little welcoming touch of chilled CAVA and OJ as well as tea/coffee, bread and butter. Hopefully be speaking soon about next years visit.

Villa del sueano

Our family stay over xmas & new year at villa del Sueno was absolutely brilliant, the villa was spotless, the owner Roy, managed the pool & hot tub on a regular basis & even booked our boarding passes for our return journey for us all, he was there if we needed any help at all, superb ! The layout of the villa was excellent for my disabled mum, very easy & accessible to get around in & outdoors ! P-can garage on opposite corner of the road very handy for essentials we may of needed, plus the cleaners who came were really lovely &. Polite ! So so very sad to leave such a beautiful, clean, comfortable &charming villa which had everything & more for a great holiday & much more ! Also on arrival the owner had left us essentials, such as bread, butter, cheese, ham, milk beers, orange juice & even a bottle of champagne ! ! ! He really really looked after us & could not fault anything at all ! Thank you once again Roy & Jill x
