The Space:
This home has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a heated pool, hot tub, and a dock for fishing , kayaking or a boat. Enjoy the outdoors in a private lanai with space to BBQ and swing in hammocks. It also features a game room with two arcade machines, foosball, darts, poker, and board games.

Other amenities include Smart TVs, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two desk spaces are available to get some work done.

We have plenty of bicycles for adults and kids to bike or walk to Downtown Cape Coral or the Yacht Club Beach and kayaks to paddle through the canals. The location is 25 minutes to Spring Training baseball, Downtown Fort Meyers, Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel Island and 30 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) or 45 minutes to Punta Gorda Airport (PGD).

The Neighborhood:
Location, Location, Location! This home is in the best location to stay with easy access to the water for boating, fishing, beaches and many great local restaurants.

It is on the edge of Southeast Cape Coral where the original Cape Coral downtown was. It was the first area to be developed in the 1950s and 60s and has some of the best boating access. You’ll love the many family businesses found here. And yet, big retailers are also close by. The publicly owned Cape Coral Yacht Club makes this area one of the best places to stay in Cape Coral for families. The Yacht Club has a marina, beach, and pool and a local restaurant right on the beach. This home is only 5 minutes by boat to open waters and just minutes away by bicycle to the beach.

Getting Around:
There is a large driveway and a garage for up to 6-8 cars in total. You can get around easily by car, bicycle or even walk downtown or to Cape Coral Beach.

If you plan to park an RV or Boat, please let us know in advance. Parking an RV/Boat in the front requires a permit from city of Cape Coral. Parking without a permit will result in fines from the city.

Other Things to Note:
No extra guests allowed without written approval

No smoking inside the home and pool area

No pets

No loud music outside and quiet time starts at 10 p.m.

Please put Trash and Recycling bins out to the road on Sunday night for early Monday morning pickup.

Make sure to put the kayaks up by the garden after use. Please DO NOT leave them on the dock. Heavy rain may flood the dock and will float the kayaks away. $200 fine for each lost kayak.

Please keep an eye on the bike when use. Unattended bike will get stolen and result in a fine of $100

The host lives close by and can be reached with any questions.

If you plan to park an RV or a boat at the front of the house, please let us know. Permit is required to do so in the city of Cape Coral.

Cameras on property. Front Door, Side and back pointed at the dock. No camera over pool area or interior.

Interaction with Guests:
The home is self check in and out. If needed I am a few miles away and I can be reached in case of emergency at all hours.
