The Neighborhood:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. Lyft and Uber are plentiful, easy, and convenient, especially for enjoying a safe night out or avoiding the hassle of parking at the parks. There is also a high speed train leaving from MCO Airport that gets you to Miami in about 3.5 hours if you want to enjoy a day trip (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management.

Resort amenities, including pool, clubhouse, front desk services, store, transportation, and gym are not available at this location.

You may bring along ONE SMALL DOG, but please do not book with a pet until you receive approval. We will ask you to share your dog's breed, size, and age. All dogs must be under 30lbs, at least 1 year old, fully vaccinated and potty trained. A pet fee of $100 is required to be paid after booking during the pre-arrival process. Please note, dogs that do not meet the criteria will be declined, and we cannot cancel your booking once you are booked.
