Inside, you’ll find a roomy kitchen that is fully stocked with anything you need to have in your home away from home. Everything from pots, pans, dishes and utensils to a coffee maker and toaster. The Kitchen has new Whirlpool appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare big meals for all of your family and friends. Directly in front of the open kitchen, you will find a cozy, round table that is perfect for breakfast or a cup of coffee/ tea to start your day. There is also a larger table that will easily and comfortably accommodate 6 adults for any or all meals you choose to eat at home. When you’re not enjoying a delicious meal, exploring the theme parks or enjoying the outdoors you can choose from two very different living rooms to sit down and relax. The first (located by the front door) is a perfect place to read a new book, or reply to some e-mails on the large, comfy, leather couches. Make use of the end tables with lights or the coffee table for your snacks and beverages. The second living room has large windows creating beautiful, natural lighting, side tables with lamps for less natural lighting at night, comfy couches with plenty of pillows and a large, mounted flatscreen with cable or DVD capability.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The master bedroom faces the pool with multiple windows to enjoy the calming pool, night or day. It also has its own flatscreen/ DVD player, a dresser and large closet for ample storage space. This beautiful has it’s own bathroom which includes a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, massive mirror, lots of counter space, a walk-in shower and a private toilet with door for added privacy. The second bedroom, which features a queen bed and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, is minimalistic but practical. Either side of the bed has its own end table with a lamp, there is a flat screen TV/ DVD player, and space for storage in the dresser or closet. This room has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower/ tub, toilet and sink.

This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.

Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.

Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
