Enjoy this beautiful Deadwood homestead in the Black Hills located 2 mile east of Deadwood, 8 miles west of downtown Sturgis. This property has breath taking views and gorgeous scenery! Many wild animal including deer, wild turkey, vultures and an array of beautiful birds. The property also has goats and quail on site. Just minutes away from ATV, mountain biking and hiking trails. This 1 bedroom guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of the main house it features it's own separate entrance with full bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, air fryer and refrigerator, a comfy couch with full sized pull out sofa bed, smart TV and is accented with Cabin style decor making it feel like cozy home away from home. There is 1 full bathroom with shower. Access to laundry available upon request.
Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a King bed, along with full sized pull out sofa bed in the living room. Enjoying your cup of coffee on the patio watching the wildlife or have dinner on the picnic table table enjoying the sunset and the baby goats. The TV's is linked to google chrome-cast with Star-link internet service. Streaming is available with guest accounts and casting. The majority of the road to the property is fully paved for easy motorcycle access and garage space for your motorcycle available upon request.
