This home is perched high in the hills of Playa Ocotal. You are just a 5-minute drive to Playa Ocotal, Playa Pez Vela and another 10-minutes to downtown of Playas del Coco. Playa Ocotal is a sleepy town known for its beautiful beach and Father Rooster restaurant. Guests should also check out Soluna Beach Bistro at the Bahia Pez Vela resort. In Playas del Coco you'll find several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Playa Ocotal and Playas del Coco.

Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is a 40-minute drive from the home. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Enjoy the plethora of restaurants and activities in the area, then retire to the peace and tranquility of this beautiful vacation home.

The main floor is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, and a large kitchen. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the infinity-edge pool on a large terrace, equipped with conversation sets, loungers, a dining table, and a gas BBQ. Additionally, this level includes a half bath, a laundry room, and the first of the four bedrooms.

The second and third floors house the remaining three bedrooms. Each of the four bedrooms in Casa Locos is a private sanctuary, complete with ensuite bathrooms to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. Three of the bedrooms offer King beds and private balconies that offer stunning ocean views. The fourth bedroom is designed with families in mind, featuring two double bunks and a single bed, making it perfect for children or extra guests. In total, the home offers 4.5 bathrooms, ensuring that every guest has ample space and privacy.

VARIABLE PRICING - While this home sleeps 11, the pricing starts for groups of 8.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

TRANSPORTATION - We HIGHLY recommend that guests have a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the Ocotal and is not accessible on foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver as we do not have Uber or Lyft here and taxis will often not drive to the home.
