Three Suns at Blue is located in the beautiful Rivergrass community adjacent to Blue Mountain. Ideal location for anyone that wants to park their car and walk to all amenities at Blue Mountain such as the ski hills, hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and activities.

Rivergrass offers an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months, and a year round hot tub for guests to use during your stay.

The Space:
Three Suns at Blue is a spacious ground floor end unit that sleeps 7 between 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the ski hills & golf course.

The primary bedroom features a King bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed and Twin over Twin Bunk Bed. Need a little more space? There is a pullout couch that sleeps 1 in the living room. The second bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo perfect for those with small children.

The main living area is open concept making it great for entertaining and hanging out with family and friends. The full size kitchen allows you to cook meals with ease and move to the large dining table and bar area to eat. Feel free to cozy up on the couch and enjoy the gas fireplace, TV with cable and log into your own Netflix. In those nicer months step outside to the private patio and Weber BBQ. This property features a large lawn for kids to play, and spacious outdoor seating to enjoy morning coffees or watch the sunsets.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by beautiful walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.

Getting Around:
The unit is within a 5-7 minute walk, 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

Free parking spaces are limited to 2 vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool, the hot tub and shuttle service are public spaces and shared with other guests and owners staying at the resort.
