Welcome to the beach! Our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is perfect for small family vacations or romantic beach getaways. Hampton Beach is within 5 minutes from our property, and the boardwalk is right across the road. All of Hampton’s main attractions are within walking distance from our home, including arcade games, food, and shopping. There are often live performances nearby, and there are also vendors for surfing, boating, and whale watching. While you’re close enough to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer, you’ll also be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet from the traffic and noise.

Our home has been newly updated to provide you with a beautiful and comfortable space during your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and includes a dishwasher! Also included are beach chairs and towels for when you head to the beach for the day. Additionally, upon request, we have a Pack 'N Play and highchair available for your little one. The two bedrooms, one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed, allow for up to four people to visit. Traveling with a larger group? We have 2 more units on the same property. We would be happy to help you book multiple units at a discount!

We offer 1 parking spot for a vehicle that is an SUV or smaller. A truck will not fit in the spot available. There are additional paid parking lots all around the property.

We are pet friendly, so please be sure to include your pets in your inquiry, as the pricing will change to include an additional fee. We only allow a MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) pets. While we are excited to welcome your fur babies into our home, we ask that guests be sure to clean up after their pets both inside and outside. We also ask guests to keep pets off of all furniture including beds. This makes cleaning easier and also protects future guests with allergies. Lastly, pets (especially dogs) MUST be crated if left alone in the home. If these particular rules are not followed, an additional fee may be added at the end of your stay.

We prefer to host guests who are 25 and older.
