The master bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. On the upper floor, you'll find the bunk room, perfect for sharing, featuring full over full bunk beds, a closet, and a workspace with a desk and chair. A shared full bathroom on this floor offers easy access from the bunk room. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, offering a private oasis with a queen bed, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
The home is equipped with advanced water and air quality systems to ensure its occupants' highest level of comfort and health. It features a state-of-the-art water softener that effectively removes hardness minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, from the water supply, preventing scale buildup and extending the lifespan of plumbing and appliances. Additionally, a comprehensive whole-house water filtration system purifies the water by eliminating contaminants, providing clean and safe water for drinking, cooking, and bathing throughout the home. Alternatively, head over to the serene Jordanelle Reservoir, one of Utah’s more popular state parks, where you can enjoy scenic hiking, boating, mountain biking trails, and a water sports park in the summer months. In the winter, enjoy skiing at the new Mayflower Mountain Resort, just a few minutes away from Jordanelle Reservoir. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort are 15 minutes away, and Canyons Resort, the largest ski resort in Park City, is less than 10 miles from the home. Many of the area's best outdoor spots, such as Jordanelle Reservoir and several top ski resorts, are within 15 minutes from the home. Drive 15 minutes to Park City’s historic Main Street, where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. The nearest bus stop, Brown's Canyon Rd & W Peace Tree Trail (Black Rock), is about a mile walk from the home. Richardson Flat Park and Ride is 1.5 miles away, making it easy to drive over and utilize the free public transportation.
Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
