Stay in our spacious time share with 2 units attached via interior door. Each unit has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the golf course! Units also feature a gas fireplace, full kitchen, patios or decks, gas grills, washer/ dryer and lots of space! Sleeps 12

Boat docks are usually not provided with this unit, but we have a dock that we are happy to let you use inside the resort for this week. (Point Place Condos)

3 night minimum required at Advertised Rate. Discount for 4-7 day stays.
The space
Enjoy the club house with large pool, hot tub, game room, workout room & playground. Adjacent to Antler's Restraunt and Whitebirch Championship Golf Course. Shuttles provided from 7am-bar close around the resort.

About the UNITS:
There are 2 units attached with a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & 2 pull out couches (1 in each Living Room). The couch pulls out into a full/queen size bed.

Bedroom 1 & 3:
Both Located on Upper Level. Each Bedroom has a King Bed, En Suite Bathroom, Large Closet, Dresser & TV

Bedroom 2 & 4:
Both are located on the Main Level & each has a Queen Bed or 2 Twin Beds (most likely Queen). There is plenty of floor space to add a blow up mattress if you desire.

Kitchens:
The Kitchens are located on the main level along with the living room, dining room & deck access. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving ware. Starter coffee & paper towels provided. This is not restocked during the stay. There are 2 barstools for each of the kitchen counters.

Dining Rooms:
The dining room tables seat 6 and there is an additional console table in the space as well. There are large windows with room darkening blinds. The sliding glass door is located off the Dining Room and opens up to a Deck overlooking the golf course with an area for outdoor dining.

Living Rooms:
Both living rooms have a pull out sofa & 2 chairs along with TV and fireplace.

WIFI:
WIFI is available throughout the units & is provided by the resort.

PARKING:
Complimentary parking is available for 4 vehicles.

BOAT SLIP:
Boat parking is not attached to this unit, however we have a boat slip available for guests use on Pelican Lake adjacent to the Point Place Condos. Please let us know if you intend to use the space and we will provide further instruction.

Where do we start?!

If you love golf, you won't be disappointed. The driving range and 18 hole Whitebirch Course is at your doorstep. Antlers Restaurant is attached to the clubhouse and is a great place to grab a refreshing beverage or book a reservation for breakfast, lunch or dinner! If you're in search of an Arne Palmer designed course - head to Deacon's Lodge. And the classic course is always a breeze to get on!

The pool, hot tub, workout room & game room are a short walk from the cabin. There are vending machines if you need a quick snack and outdoor loungers if you would like to fit in a sun nap.

Ready to hit Dockside for some Elvis or Johnny Cash impersonators? Call for a complimentary shuttle (tips are greatly appreciated). Service is quick and always so kind!

The Spa, Marina 11 Restaurant, Arcade, Face Painting Station, Coffee Shop, Ice Cream Shop & Craft Room are all located in the lakeside building across from Breezy Point Conference Center.

If you like Kid Friendly BINGO & Pizza, Commanders Bar and Grill is the place for you! If you prefer a more adult version of Bingo or possibly a meat raffle, head into Pequot Lakes and your options are endless!

There is a pretty cool disc golf course within 2 miles....as long as you bring your bug spray you'll have a fabulous time!

Do you like to fish? Bring your pole down to docks and you will be sure to catch a sunfish every couple of minutes. Stop at the hardware store before you enter the resort for your fishing license, bait and extra supplies.

Other things to note
This is our family time share and we must strictly adhere to the resort guidelines and rules. No early check-ins or late check-outs are available. A credit card will be held on file for damages.

No Pets & No Smoking of any kind. Violations to these rules will result in immediate removal from the resort, a $500 violation fee due to the owners/hosts and any fees imposed by the resort and cost of damages are the full responsibility of the guest.
