Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Emerald green enriches the airy space living spaces, which are highlighted by tall windows that flood the rooms with natural light. Comfortable furnishings define the living areas in the open floor plan, and are topped with pristine white ship-lap ceiling. With plenty of comfy places to sit and relax, this can be your home-away-from-home.
The Space:
The is an older, newly remodeled 2 BR, 1 BA home with a wide open floor plan. Tall windows and high ship-lap ceilings make the space naturally bright and airy. The bedrooms are outfitted with light-blocking curtains for a good night’s rest. There is a dedicated workspace with plenty of light and plugs for electronics in the main living area, and a well-supplied full laundry space in the bathroom.
Guest Access:
The entire home and yard is for your use.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet residential, close to Riverside Park in Port Neches. Enjoy walking along the river in the cooler mornings and evenings.
Getting Around:
This town is not very walkable, so transportation is necessary. Uber and Lyft and taxi services operate in the area in a limited fashion. Allow plenty of time when calling a ride share or schedule your pick-up ahead of time.
Other Things to Note:
There is no garage, and space to park 2 vehicles in the driveway.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $25 fee.
LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
