Beautifully maintained grounds with access to swimming pool, sauna and tennis courts (summer only for pool and tennis). Nice areas around complex for dogs.

Location:
Venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (17 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Tahoe Palisades (8 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Sugar Pine Bakery, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Parking:
Parking is available for 2 cars total. One designated space in front of the unit.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
