## Space

The unit has been immaculately renovated, with its upstairs exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. This 922 sqft, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully equipped apartment features a full kitchen set in a large open space with a living room, a private terrace, a bistro table, and chairs. The primary bedroom has a deluxe en suite bathroom with a deluxe bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to a Jack and Jill-style bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. This high-end unit includes all amenities to provide a comfortable short or longer stay for up to 6 guests, with two sleeping on the high-quality queen-size pull-out sofa. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a brand-new LG washer and dryer stack and ironing amenities.

The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning communal rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.

The living room offers a 65" flat-screen Sony Bravia Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable) and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom has a 43" Sony Bravia with features similar to the living room TV. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs and features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. Vertuo pods, as are sugar, sweetener, and coffee creamer, are provided for your stay. Pets are welcome with a small fee per stay.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy, and parties or events are prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: 2 PETS ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $75/pet fee per pet will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.*

*LIVING WAGE PLEDGE: Our cleaning fee includes cleaning the unit and outdoor space professionally. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.*

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS. There are stairs leading to the unit and no elevator.

We do not provide daily cleaning; however, we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than five days upon appointment. Please get in touch with our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.

Parking:

Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot—one parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk, and we provide contactless self-check-in. In addition, we have a dedicated 24-hour hospitality phone line in case of emergencies, so we are always just a call, text, or chat away to help you during your stay!

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds are available up to 24 hours in advance. A 4% credit card charge is assessed for cancellations made through direct sites and VRBO.

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location, Lovely Stay!
We stayed three nights in September, 2024 and were very impressed with this apartment. It was perfect, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed (even a spice rack). Appliances were modern, check-in was easy, and the location was ideal to State Street and the beach. The outdoor space was especially great for enjoying a nice glass of wine on the rooftop deck. It was an amazing experience all around!

Beautiful, clean and modern escape in Santa Barbara
We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in unit 13 and the place was very clean. We had everything we needed, including pots, laundry detergent, pans, foil, and an amazing spice rack. Playpen, high chair and changing mat were in good condition. Parking was a breeze with their covered and uncovered lot. Extremely well stocked and one of the best places we’ve stayed in given it was within walking distance to the ocean and state street. Funk zone was only a 15 min walk from our stay. Everything was new, stylish and the AC was really easy to operate (separate controls in each bedroom and the living area). Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms were fully stocked and they offer sound machines. Having the keyless lock was fantastic for everyone staying in the unit and we appreciated the staff allowing us to check in a bit early since no one was staying in the place the night before. Roof deck was really nice and a great space for our 1 year old to run around. Even though there was no physical “lobby” for this place, the best part was the service. All my emails were answered quickly and it was really easy to get a hold of the staff through their service line if we needed anything (including a corkscrew late at night!). We would love to stay here again!!!

We stayed three nights over a weekend. Very efficient check in and check out process. Super responsive and professional support staff. Unit was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked.
