It includes a cozy fireplace, flat screen TV, a spacious sectional couch, and stylish chairs, creating the perfect setting for family gatherings or movie nights. The living area flows seamlessly into the gorgeous kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island. The island offers barstool seating for six guests, making it ideal for casual dining and socializing. The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. In Bedroom 1, enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a comfy queen bed, complemented by a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting as well with a full and a twin bed. The elegant bathroom features sleek finishes and a combo shower/tub, providing a spa-like experience for your stay. The outdoor spaces are a highlight of this home. The front yard is private and fenced, perfect for outdoor lounging and dining. The back yard (shared) transforms into a magical retreat, featuring market lights, a jacuzzi, BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor lounge. Enjoy al fresco dining at the table for six. • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
