The large front double doors welcome you into the living room, where a large sectional couch, a fireplace, and a flatscreen TV framed by custom built-ins create a cozy and stylish space. The living room flows seamlessly into the formal dining room, which offers seating for six, perfect for memorable meals with family and friends. The family room, adjacent to the kitchen, features a large couch and another flatscreen TV, providing an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen itself boasts stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge, tons of natural light, and a breakfast nook with with seating for four among plentiful windows showcasing the picturesque views, making it a delightful place for morning coffee or casual dining. Step outside to the expansive deck, where jaw-dropping views await. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the Sundance hot tub with therapeutic jets, gather around the large gas fire-pit, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ, along with multiple seating options and a built-in bench, make this space perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. There is also convenient access to the I-5 freeway, connecting you to many great San Diego attractions within 10-20 minutes (Comic-Con, Petco Park, Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, Little Italy, The Gaslamp, Legoland, etc.
Other Things to Note:
• Please note: This is a private home with incredible views to share with our valued guests. Personal
items were removed as much as possible to provide a true vacation rental feel with ample closet and
bathroom drawer space. On the east side of the property is a private studio, with its own private
parking spot, entry, and tucked away garden area. It can be rented individually by you, please
inquire. In case it is rented by someone already, you are unlikely to see studio guests during your
visit, since it is completely private and none of the areas are shared.
