This luxurious 2nd floor condo boasts 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring a king bed in the primary suite and the flexibility of two singles or another king in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living space for 2 more guests. Overlooking the shimmering pool, the condo is ideally situated close to the Piña Shack, a delightful poolside bar and grill, as well as a nearby sports complex and pedestrian gate for easy access.

Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Guests have private access to the condo and terrace. Community amenities including pools, Sports Complex, Beach Club, etc. are shared with other guests.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club, but there is a MINIMUM SPEND. Guests must spend $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. Kids under 12 are free.

The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
