Not worth it

If you enjoy being in a basement with uncomfortable beds go ahead and rent here. Can hear tenants every move upstairs. The wifi stopped working we only had one remote to share for two tvs had to get a hold if host to turn heat on bc we had no control over the climate. of the u .

Perfect!

We really loved this property. We had booked two nights, but due to personal circumstances, we only stayed one night. The place was perfect for us, 1 adult, 2 kids (age15). We loved the decor and the space was very comfortable for us. It was also spotless. If we have an overnight in the springs again, we would absolutely stay here.

Needs improvement

This is an honest review for those looking at this property. I stayed there with my little boy. I misread the details and missed that there was not any oven. I usually always cook for us, so this was disappointing. Honestly, the place is nice and clean. The main problem, which is huge, had nothing to do with the aesthetics of the place. If you are someone that needs a small fridge, microwave, and a place to sleep, this place will be good for you. I found the first night that the electrical is wired horribly wrong. The breaker tripped at least 8 times during my 4 days there. The entire place except for washer/ dryer, induction stove top, and stairway light are wired on one 15 amp breaker. There is no heat/ AC except for a portable floor unit with exhaust through the window. When I had this on, the breaker tripped in the middle of the night. This meant getting up multiple times and going outside to the box to reset it. This one breaker controls microwave, fridge, and all lights, tvs, etc. The induction stove top tripped the other breaker when I was using both sides at the same time. This made for a horrible stay. I notified the management group the second morning. They did not try anything to make amends for how bad the stay was. Also, if someone rented the space above, you hear EVERYTHING. All the plumbing runs through this old basement and the floor cracks often. Just fyi so no one has to experience this like I did. To be fair, if they fix it, the place would be nice.

Basement unit

Easy access to attractions and interstate from location. Nice to have stocked kitchen and snacks. Outside corn hole game, turf, and grill were fun. Couch, living room rug, and patio could have been cleaner. Overall good experience.
