The villa is new to rentals, and is very spacious with a King master, a Queen master, a Twin that can convert to a king bed and a regular Twin. The twins share the third bathroom.
There is a fully stocked kitchen to cater for all needs. There is no garage access for vehicles as it has been converted into a great games room.
There are TV's in all bedrooms and Wifi for your enjoyment.
The pool area has ample chairs and loungers for your days by the pool or cocktail by the pool watching the spectacular Sunsets.
Guest access
Full access to villa but no access for parking in the garage due to it being converted to a gamesroom.
There is a locked closet for the owners possesions.
Other things to note
There is a keypad for access to Sunset Lakes controlling the gates of the community.
The community pool key is hanging up in the villa.
For fishing this is a catch and release community.
Do not feed the Wildlife at anytime.
