Welcome to 345 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ! This immaculate 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the sought-after north end is perfect for year-round living or as a rental. The first-floor unit features a spacious open floor plan, modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a cozy master suite with en-suite bath. Enjoy the private patio and easy access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Never rented before, but with strong rental potential. Experience the best of Ocean City living in this pristine condo.
To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning/linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance, as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).
To reserve your week, simply provide us with the following information so we can email you the short-term rental agreement: the name(s) you want on the rental agreement, a copy of an individual's driver's license, home address, home and cell phone number, and a list of all occupants and their ages who will be staying at the beach house.
Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free and pet-free, and absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals are allowed. However, we would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home, which includes full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels, as well as 6 beach tags!
