The downstairs bedroom offers versatile functionality, serving as both an office space and additional sleeping quarters.

Indulge your culinary passions in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, seamlessly integrated with an inviting family room and elegant dining area. Our home is situated just blocks from downtown La Jolla, La Jolla Cove and Windansea Beach. We are a pleasant walk to grocery stores, coffee, ice cream, restaurants, golf cart rentals, and boutique shopping.

**Guest Access:**
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home. Some storage areas are securely locked for our privacy.

Please note that the garage is NOT included in the rental, but the driveway accommodates two cars.

The master bedroom deck will not be accessible during your stay due to storm damage from the winter.

Take advantage of the in-unit laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

There is no Air Conditioning upstairs, but it does work down stairs.

To uphold the serenity of our space, we prioritize mid to long-term stays, and short stays are not available. Requests to book will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and acceptance of your request to book is not guaranteed. We have established essential guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and we maintain a maximum occupancy limit of 8 people for a peaceful environment.

We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. Additionally, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a strict verification process is in place for safety. Any violations may lead to immediate eviction without a refund and additional charges. Thank you for your cooperation in fostering a peaceful haven for all our guests.
