Let's begin by discussing the location. Our residence is ideally positioned in central Melbourne. It's merely a 15-20 minute drive to the beach and a quick 15-minute jaunt to downtown, offering a plethora of shopping and dining options to explore.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals and enjoy them together at the breakfast bar. Of course, if you prefer to dine al fresco, there's a charming outdoor dining area where you can savor your meals amidst the Florida sunset.

The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so you will always be cool and connected.
The outdoor shed is full of “toys”, beach chairs, umbrella, Tent, and Beach cooler. We make it easy to just relax with your toes in the sand or be active in the water. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! You can often see dolphins playing in the ocean, especially during dusk and dawn. During the winter months, bird watching is almost hard not to do. During the summer, you might be able to see turtles laying eggs at night (just make sure not to disturb or frighten them!)

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
