▶ Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of 3 cars.

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶ No parties allowed. No more than five people allowed. No alcohol drinking inside nor outside the house. No smoke inside nor outside the house. Do not have food nor drinks on the beds (bedrooms).

▶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Pets are not allowed.

▶ No parties allowed. No more than five people allowed. No alcohol drinking inside nor outside the house.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ The trash is removed every Friday. Please set recyclables and trash at the curb between 6 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on your scheduled trash/recycling day. Whenever a scheduled collection day falls on a holiday, that day's collection and all remaining collections for the week will be delayed one day.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

▶ Exceeding the guest limit of five people will result in a $200 penalty and cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Show me some hot water

This is a very spacious locale with proximity to HC. The layout has 2 beds upstairs and a main floor with kitchen, dining room, and living room. 3 tv's in the house although we only used the living room tv. There were minimum selection for channels. Everything we needed were in the house. Extra details include cards and puzzles (we almost finished one). There are strict rules for guests and alcohol. It is their house and their rules, but I have never had a vacation rental that stipulates who can come in the house to visit or if you can drink alcohol. Wine glasses and a cork opener can be found in the house so that rule is kind of convoluted. Probably need to refine the words for these rules. There needs to be better directions on how to operate the showers so that hot water is continuous. We heard so many screams from the showers when the water suddenly turned frigid. Kind of funny, but not. All the cleaning supplies are in the garage. There were not too many things to check off when we left which is how vacation rentals should be run. I shouldn't have to worry about bedsheets, pillow shams, or even the dishwasher. A great place with some things to work on. TY for letting us use your place.

Do not stay here!

I would like to leave a more detailed review so that any future guests will have fair warning before booking here and so I could provide the documentation that proves the deceptive and unprofessional tactics that were used but there isn't enough room in this review to do that. It all looked nice but turned out not so much. There was no consistent hot water so we had to take very cold showers. We were told by the property manager, Scoast LLC that the problem would be addressed. The problem was not fixed despite multiple attempts to communicate the concerns over several days. We were forced to leave the property to find accommodation elsewhere. They did not reimburse us properly for the unused nights shorting us nearly 600, despite providing them with my original receipt that showed the charges per night . The Host /property management company did not follow through, was very difficult to work with and was deceptive about the costs associated with our stay. Likely they will respond to this review by stating they did all they could to compensate us and are sorry we're not satisfied. Absolute nonsense! I will be happy to amend this review if the host decides to compensate us appropriately. Other items of note, the beds were very hard and the mattress pad was plastic and crinkled whenever you moved. Very uncomfortable! Add to that, cheap thin pillows and a drier that wouldn't dry clothes. I really wish this would have been a better experience. Do not stay here!

Like lipstick on a pig!

We stayed there for 4 nights. the AC and internet didn't work for 72 hours. Contacted the property manager and they do not have access to do anything at the property. They tried to contact the owner, and they were not available until the day before we left. they were able to reset the breaker and Wi-Fi remotely. A credit for the 72 hours was promised but still hasn't been issued. Beware!!

Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. Clean house, great kitchen and nice outdoor space but could benefit from some outdoor seating.
