Enjoy the convenience of a private outdoor seating area with a deck and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove top (no oven), and the vaulted ceilings give the studio a very spacious feel. Small pets are welcome for an additional fee.

HOUSE RULES
- Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. For any other pets please, contact the host first.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
