Steps away from the pool and a short walk to the Hub, aka The Big Chill 30A, where you will find restaurants, snacks, and unique boutiques/shops! You do not even have to get in the car to experience this town center! The beach access is a walk or bike ride away at three quarters of a mile to the recently renovated Deer Lake beach access point. Upon entering this tastefully decorated home you are on the bottom floor where there is a large King suite perfect for those that want some extra privacy. This room has a seating area for two, a 65" SMART TV and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a stand alone shower. Upstairs is the main living floor with an open floor plan with a 75" SMART TV, plenty of plush seating to relax and catch the game! The kitchen has an oversized island with seating for meals or watching the action in the kitchen. Plentiful counter space and a large dining table to gather around. Off the kitchen is a half bath for this floor.

On the third floor, there are three bedrooms: A King master with an ensuite bath with a double vanity and stand alone shower. There are two cheerfully decorated bedrooms, each with 2 Queen beds and a SMART TV. There is a shared bathroom off the hallway with a tub shower combo. This home offers ample space for multiple families and friends, a fantastic choice for a beach getaway!

Parking for two vehicles in driveway of the home, additional parking available at the pool across the street, first come, first serve.

Prominence on 30A

Located on Highway 30A between Seagrove and Alys Beach, Prominence is a 30A community convenient to all of your favorite 30A places along the beautiful white beaches of South Walton.
