This 6-bedroom home presented by Upstay, is big enough to host up to 14 guests a time, and offers a swimming pool and hot tub, plus a home-gym and large backyard area. There's lawn games, board games, billiards, foosball, ping-pong and more. Get ready for an awesome experience at Lake Travis that won’t break the bank (please note that Lake Travis currently has very low water levels).

The Space:
Feel the vibe of a true Austin original. This is your chance to get everyone together in a pet-friendly home with good privacy, a huge yard, and spacious enough to host a big group. You'll have free use of our paddle boards and kayak, but please note that the lake currently has a very low water levels. Please check Lake Travis water levels online before booking so there's no surprises. Even without the lake, this home still provides lots of things to do. Think BBQ meals on the patio, outdoor yoga sessions, or just hanging out under the shady trees with a cold brew. There's a pool and hot tub, a home gym, and large backyard area where you can play lawn games. We've also got a games room with billiards, shuffleboard, foosball, table tennis and plenty of puzzles and boardgames.

With 6 bedrooms, and enough beds for 14 guests to get some shut eye, you can bring the whole crew. Each room has got that well-worn, lived-in feel that’s way more interesting than a cookie-cutter hotel. Admittedly, the basement level is a little rustic, and the downstairs bathroom shower requires pumping to use it, BUT the upstairs areas are great. With a mix of king beds, a double bed, and a king sofa bed, there’s plenty of room for everyone to crash comfortably.

Our fully equipped, spacious kitchen is ideal for whipping up some home-cooked magic. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill. Enjoy your meals indoors or out, with dining areas to suit your every mood. Convenience is key with in-home laundry machines and an unfinished area between the main floor and finished basement for additional storage.

Note: There is an unfinished area between the main floor and the finished basement that can be used for storage (not counted in square footage above).

Guest Access:
You'll have complete access to the full home. You may park up to 4 vehicles maximum in the driveway.

There are nearby public boat ramps. Our dock is always usable for kayaks/paddleboards. And it can accommodate small boats and jet skis whenever Lake Travis is at least 63% full. For larger boats, expect around 67%+ full (67% is well below historical averages, but Lake Travis does fluctuate a lot). If your boat can't dock, you can still park it at the house and use the public boat ramps nearby. Water levels of the lake can fluctuate during the year, please check Lake Travis water levels online before booking so there's no surprises. Please note that currently the lake levels are very low.

Please note that every Thursday our maintenance team comes by to service the pool.

The Neighborhood:
The house has a fantastic location! Marina restaurant (~1 min), boat rentals (5-12 min), grocery stores (~6 min), flyboarding lessons (8 min), public boat ramp (8 min), public golf courses (7-20 min), the Oasis restaurant (12 min), ziplining (20 min), Hill Country vineyards (~25 min), downtown Austin (~30 min).

Other Things to Note:
Currently the water levels of the lake are very low.

Please note that the pool heating service is presently unavailable, however, the hot tub heating remains accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Hot Tub heating is an additional fee of $35/day, please reach out for details.

Additional Services:

We’re happy to deliver a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $55/tank.

We love pets and they’re welcome at the house, the fee is $50 per pet.

We want our home to constantly be in great shape for guests. We aim for all work to be done in-between guest visits, but scheduling in Austin can be tough with labor shortages. There may be lawn service or pest control during your stay.

In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $500. This can be done by a secured link or through Airbnb. Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.
