Thru the summer enjoy free concerts every Friday and Saturday at the Bandshell followed on Sat by fireworks off the Pier...which you can enjoy right from the property. If space is your thing, spot a rocket launch right from the balcony, they are happening every few days. If you're here for bike week, speed week, jeep beach week or any of the races International Speedway Boulevard is directly inland 4 miles from the property.

We are located behind the non driving beach so it is more peaceful and you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. Just to the South is a long stretch of driving beach if you wanted to experience that too. Pool hours are 8am to 8pm but beach access either side of the building is open all the time.

This is not a hotel so there is no check in or daily housekeeping services, but we think it is so much more. Our kitchen is well appointed and has all stainless appliances so you can enjoy a home cooked meal. We have created a separate bedroom with a door so you have a comfortable space like you are at home and not entering a hotel room. There is a huge 75" new smart TV in the living room and everything is new, modern and bright.
