There was no expense spared in this newly constructed modern mountain condo on the top floor!

Enter through the main building’s access door and walk up the stairs or use the elevator ( as of 9/30/24 our elevator is not functioning and will need to be replaced. Please know if you need help bringing your luggage up to the third floor, we will arrange for this free of charge.) Upon entry, you will find yourself in the expansive great room with floor to ceiling wrap-around windows which features a state-of-the-art kitchen. In the center of the room sits a sofa that includes a pull-out bed with a plush queen-sized mattress. Not to mention, a welcoming gas fireplace.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large farm-style sink, upgraded cabinets, & gorgeous quartzite countertops & backsplash that will bring out the chef in anyone! There are also four barstools at the island or a bistro table for dining.

A walk-out balcony provides remarkable views of Whitefish Mountain, Glacier, Columbia Mountain & the Swan Mountain Range. The patio also includes a couple of Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy a sunrise or a sunset.

A hallway grants access to the cozy bedroom which features a high-end king bed with a fully loaded Smart TV and more views of Whitefish Mountain. The Master Suite also includes a stunning bathroom with double sinks set in marble, a soaker tub and a custom tile shower.

The laundry room is accessed via the entryway where there is also .5 bathroom, coat hooks and storage for your belongings.

This condo provides two dedicated off-street parking spots for guests. There is an uncovered spot(closest to the main street and condo), and a spot in the parking garage on the north side of the building- please note the clearance to the garage is 7' 3".

The condo is located 5.7 miles from Whitefish Mountain Resort and world-renowned skiing! There is a S.N.O.W. Bus shuttle stop where you can catch free rides up to Whitefish Mountain Resort located just across the street (one-minute walk). Whether you’re planning to ski, hike, or mountain bike, be sure to check the shuttle schedule as it varies by season.

Are you wanting to experience Whitefish's famed Under the Big Sky Festival? This condo is only 4 miles away from the ranch where this is held annually in July!
