Welcome to 'Almost Heaven' in Dune Allen Beach on 30A! This magnificent property is perfectly situated to provide some of the best Gulf Views along 30A. The 4th floor crows nest provides the perfect spot to catch a sunrise or sunset and take in the Gulf breeze. The private pool and private beach access allows guest to enjoy the best of both worlds while on 30A. Make a splash in the pool while you grill up dinner on the patio. The first floor is open concept living spaces with the kitchen, dining and living room. The chefs kitchen has expansive counter space with bar seating for four and an adjacent dining table for ten. The living room has a cozy sectional sofa with a build in TV and gas fireplace feature. Step out to the paved patio where you will find seating for eight to dine al fresco and also you wont miss a game while you are grilling dinner with the patio TV. Make a splash in the private pool or lounge in the sun - there's something for everyone! 

Ride up to the 2nd floor on the elevator where you will find a queen guest suite with balcony access. The queen guest suite bathroom has a soaking tub, walk in shower, dual sinks and a walk in closet. The next guest suite has double queen beds and a en suite complete with a single sink and walk in shower. The last guest bedroom on the second floor is a twin over twin bunk room complete with a single sink and shower/tub combo. Complete the elevator ride to the 3rd floor to the primary guest suite with stunning gulf views, a desk, sitting chairs, balcony access and a TV. The primary en suite has two sinks, a soaking tub and walk in shower. Another guest suite completes the 3rd floor with a king size bed and a single sink and shower. The spiral staircase takes you from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor crows nest! A large balcony on the 4th floor provides stunning Gulf Views as well as views of the Dune Lake to the West. This crows nest is the perfect place to play a game and catch a sunset! There is a game table, mini fridge, TV and chairs so everyone can enjoy 'Almost Heaven'!

Located on the west-end of scenic 30A, Dune Allen Beach has been a go-to vacation spot for generations of families. South Walton`s all-natural neighborhood, Dune Allen Beach is known for its tranquility, laid-back vibe and prime beach access. The entrance of Topsail State park is just 2 miles away but worth the effort if you enjoy hiking, biking and the stunning picturesque scenery of sugar white dunes. Get some fresh seafood and drinks at Stinkys Fish Camp -  is just a 3 minute bike ride away and a locals favorite!

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
4) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
