This luxuriously appointed condo effortlessly combines modern amenities with a tropical ambience, making it ideal for families, business trips or a wonderful Waikiki getaway. Fully renovated in June 2022, this abode offers an unparalleled experience that will leave you awestruck! With its exquisite design and cutting-edge features, this condo is sure to impress any discerning traveler.
The Space:
This studio is located at the Island Colony Hotel. Fully renovated in June 2022, it comes styled with modern furnishings as if in a magazine. It has everything you'll ever need for a short or long trip and features a partial ocean, golf course, mountain and city views!
Common Area:
* Two full size beds.
*Vanity mirror.
*Split AC System for your comfort.
*Two sets of snorkeling gear.
*Free Wifi throughout the unit and building.
Kitchen:
*Full kitchen with a mini refrigerator.
*Induction cooktop.
*Cooking utensils & condiments.
*Mobile Island Cabinet.
*Coffee maker.
*Microwave.
*Toaster.
*Plates, bowls & utensils.
*Cleaning supplies.
Bathroom:
*Walk-in shower.
*Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
*Hair dryer.
*Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths.
*Beach towels.
Patio:
* Outdoor patio.
* Beach chairs & umbrella.
* Park view, City skyline & ocean views.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am-9pm (located on the 6th floor), however the pool closes every 3 hours for a cleaning. There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $5 fee per stay as well as waiver needs to be signed at the front desk for checkout.
Parking is paid for $40 per 24 hours to the attendant. There is a rental car place downstairs of the building that should be a good option to renting a car onsite. Parking area has a height limit of 6 ft 2 inches.
There is also a Biki station nearby which is Hawaii’s bike share program.
The beach is about a 5-10 minutes walk away. Everything else in Waikiki is walking distance as you explore the shops and restaurants.
The Neighborhood:
The Island Colony is located in central Waikiki, a block away from the International Market place and tons of restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minute stroll away. Be right in the middle of it!
Getting Around:
Parkings is offered by the building at $40 per day, however if you're just planning to stay within Waikiki, everywhere is pretty much walkable, or a short Biki (our bike share)ride away.
Other ways to get around is the Waikiki Trolley and the Bus, which has stops all along Kuhio Avenue.
Additionally if you decide to book with us we also have a rental car available on a car share program, that includes parking in the building. Please inquire after booking.

Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure
The 6th floor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and pool deck areas will be closed for maintenance from November 10, 2024, at 9:00 PM to November 18, 2024, at 7:00 AM (weather permitting). The access gate will be locked, and all amenities will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
