THE ENTRANCE TO THIS PROPERTY IS ON SERVICE ST!! THE DIRECTIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON BOOKING CONFIRMATION. THE STREET LOOKS LIKE AN ALLEY BUT IT IS AN ACTUAL STREET.
THIS IS A FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT IS NOT COMPLETELY QUIET AND THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR.
ALSO, FYI, THERE IS A NEXT-DOOR NEIGHBOR DOG TO THE LEFT OF THE ENTRY FENCE THAT BARKS A BIT WHEN YOU ENTER THE HOUSE SOMETIMES. BUT GETS QUIET SHORTLY AFTER. THE DOG IS IN A FULLY FENCED-OFF YARD AND COMPLETELY HARMLESS.
FINALLY, THERE IS NO PARTY OR LOUD ACTIVITY PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY AND NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE HOUSE RULES WILL CAUSE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
