With its high-end furnishings this home can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. With amenities tailored to the entire family your stay promises to be as convenient as it is luxurious. Situated just minutes from Denver’s vibrant hot spots, including restaurants, bars, this location ensures that every preference is catered to. KEY AMENITIES: ☀ POOL POOL POOL! We just installed new pool equipment including a heater (pool heated upon request). ☀ Brand new Master Spa hot tub! ☀ 10 King beds spread across 6 large bedrooms plus multiple comfortable couches (20 guests max). ☀ 4 bathrooms: three walk-in showers and one soaking tub spread across three full bathrooms plus a half bath off the kitchen ☀ Back patio w/ seating for 20+ people plus a 14 person dining table on the second level ☀ Large outdoor fire pit and corner seating area ☀ Garage converted into a Tiki bar, game room (with a pool table) and karaoke lounge ☀ 16 person indoor dining table plus 6 counter top stools at the island ☀ Three living rooms each equipped with 75” Smart TVs plus TVs in select bedrooms ☀ Wi-Fi with high speed internet access ☀ Large Fireplace (do not burn without permission) ☀ Easy and simple automatic, self-check in process ☀ Three large, efficient, washer/dryer sets ☀ Massive newly renovated kitchen ☀ Modern and socially designed living room lounge areas ☆☆ THE BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home has 5 bedrooms (8 beds), and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds and 4 queen beds! Bedroom 1 - This bright upstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, large bathroom with a soaking tub, and is styled with natural wood tones. Bedroom 2 - This adjacent bedroom includes a king sized bed with a pool view plus ample closet space. Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom includes 4 king sized beds perfect for a group of friends or the younger family members! Bedroom 4 - This bedroom feels like a second master bedroom; it includes a king sized bed, a desk/work station and plenty of space! Bedroom 5 - This adjacent bedroom has another king sized bed and a pool view. Bedroom 6 - This is the bunk room! A custom KING sized bunk bed was built with adults in mind! *Most bedrooms have floor length mirrors! *All of our mattresses are from Sheets & Giggles, a luxury sheet and mattress company. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You'll find three and a half fully stocked bathrooms with large mirrors, towel warmers, hotel-grade towels and all the essentials! All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap! ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the massive fully-stocked kitchen! It features beautiful countertops and brand new modern appliances. The dining room table seats 16 comfortably and there are six bar stools at the massive 12 foot island for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living, dining, and outside areas. There are many other seating/dining areas perfect for enjoying a large or small meal as a group. The outdoor dining tables seat 20 near the pool deck and and additional 14 people on the second level. The entire main floor has windows letting in natural light as well as a bonus subroom! Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need. ☆☆ THE "GARAGE" ☆☆ Anyone like Karaoke?! The karaoke stage has been a big hit! The garage also has a beautiful custom built tiki bar; the bar top is an old airplane wing. If karaoke isn't your thing enjoy a competitive game of pool or foosball with your friends in this amazing hangout space! The garage also has a workout area equipped with dumbbells of various weights, mirrors, bands, yoga mats, etc. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ Other than the pool and amenities mentioned above, you will also find a Webber gas BBQ Grille, massive outdoor dining table, seating around a fire pit, and a brand new hot tub. There is ample off street parking directly in front of the house + plenty of street parking. Please do not park in the garage as that is reserved for extra living area, the gym and game room. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home! Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There are smart locks with a keypad on the front and back doors for easy and secure access to the home. The host is available, however we like to give our guests privacy during their stay. Perfect location in a neighborhood just minutes away to the best that Denver has to offer! It is also extremely close to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater and Golden Colorado. Some of the best restaurants in town are on Tennyson Street, West Highlands, Sloans Lake, Edgewater, etc. ☀ Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater (ONLY 10 mins away) ☀ Coors Field / Union Station (15 mins away) ☀ Mile High Stadium (15 mins away) ☀ Ball Arena (15 mins away) ☀ Denver Aquarium (15 mins away) ☀ Topgolf Thornton (30 mins away) ☀ Denver International Airport (35 mins away) ☀ MeowWolf, Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Zoo, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, Colorado State Capitol, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and much more! A car is best suited for getting around this area. There is ample street parking directly in front of the house. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home. Both Lyft & Uber operate in the area. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. No parties please! If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. The day of check-in, we will send you a digital guidebook. In this digital guidebook, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more! Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1,000. Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $500 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Monday or Tuesday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 24 hours after the hot tub cleaning, as per the cleaning company's recommendation. - The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday. - The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning but sometimes on Wednesday. - The pool maintenance team may stop by throughout your say to check and/or balance chemicals or adjust pool equipment. They will enter through the side gate and do their best not to disturb you :)

Perfect for girls trip!
We needed a large and spacious place to stay for a tournament weekend and this place did not disappoint. We called this our “Barbie Mansion” all weekend because it was the perfect place for our girl hub. The rooms are all as pictured and the beds were super comfortable! Michael was responsive from the very beginning throughout our whole trip. We had a few questions along the way and he was very quick to get back to me every time. We hope to book this place again next year!
