BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This comfortably appointed condo makes a great home base. It’s close to shopping and dining, as well as walking trails and parks.

BEDROOMS/BATHS: Bozeman Cozy Condo has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The bedrooms are located on the second level. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower combo located just off the hallway. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. There is a spare room upstairs with a sofa and desk if you need to get any work done.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA: The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare your meals. It has gorgeous countertops and a Frigidaire refrigerator as well as an electric stove/oven. The open layout will allow the cook in the group to enjoy making the meals while everyone relaxes in front of the fireplace. There’s a dining table that will seat four comfortably. Just a few feet away is seating for four more at the kitchen bar. There is also a gas grill if you would like to BBQ outside.

LIVING ROOM: The tastefully decorated living room is open to the dining area and kitchen area with an electric fireplace to cozy up to in the evenings. There is a cozy couch and three chairs and a flat screen television. A powder room is located in the entry hallway. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer.

TOWN/AIRPORT: You are only 15 minutes from Bozeman’s Main Street and a short 7 mile drive from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking, and skiing there are neighborhood walking trails nearby and a park just a few blocks away. You’re just 18 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Crosscut Cross-Country Ski area. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. Yellowstone National Park is 90 miles from the home.
