Inside the condo, you'll find an open layout that blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating an inviting space for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, a dining table with seating for six, and a breakfast bar that seats an additional four guests.

Accommodating up to six people, Gulfstream 104 includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom also with a king-size bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. It has two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo.

The Gulfstream complex offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, and poolside loungers, tables, and chairs. CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
