Your vacation headquarters will be the Gardens At Beachwalk 109...a charming air-conditioned, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath ground floor (NO STAIRS!) vacation condo with a wonderful walk out terrace where you can relax and sip that first cup of coffee in the morning with a Lake view or that enjoy that glass of wine at night after a full day at the beach or golf course.

The open-floor living space means that you have a beautiful view of the Lake and Palm trees from every room. The dining area has a glass topped table for 4 with the newly remodeled, fully equipped Kitchen adjacent. Fully stocked with both large and small appliances (including that oh-so-important dishwasher), dishware, cookware, tableware and lots of Corian counterspace offer makes the Kitchen an easy place to prepare meals. Comfortable furnishing and a HUGE TV offering streaming programming fill the living area. (There's a sleeper sofa to accommodate two overnight guests.) Glass sliding doors let in the sunshine with a lovely view of the Lake and offers easy access to the walk out terrace. The terrace is outfitted with a bistro table, chairs and umbrella and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

On opposite sides of the condo sit the two Bedrooms...both En Suites. The Master Bedroom is spacious with a Walk in Closet and its own smart, streaming TV. Master Bedroom features a fabulous Tempur-Pedic Adjustable King sized Bed outfitted with fresh linens. The En Suite Master Bath has a large vanity and a large Walk In Shower with a tiled bench. On the other side of the living area is the Guest Bedroom with two Twin Beds, its own smart, streaming TV, and a large closet. The En Suite Guest Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo and a second entrance from the hallway. Towels and linens are provided, including pool/beach towels. For your convenience, there is an in-unit Washer and Dryer and free Wifi so you can work remotely or check on your dinner reservations.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This property may be available for long-term rentals, if you are interested please inquire.
