With its recent construction completed in 2024, our home offers a fresh, contemporary ambiance, blending stylish decor with practical convenience. Rest easy in one of the six well-appointed bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and ample storage space for a restful night's sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests will be sent check-in instructions 4 hours prior to check-in time via the Airbnb app.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located within the quiet Towamensing Trails community.

Getting Around:
Taking your car, walking or bringing bikes to bike on would be great for our community!

Other Things to Note:
**Important House & HOA Rules:**

- Quiet hours are 9 pm - 7 am. If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.

- If there is any loud excessive music that causes a noise complaint you will be fined $250 due to getting a complaint.

- Fireworks are NEVER permitted by the HOA. A $750 fine will be charged if fireworks are lighten off at the home.

- No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home

- No extra guests without prior approval

- No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.

- Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)

- Rental forms are required as per our HOA and must be filled out prior to staying at our home
- Primary renter at least 25 years old.
- Pet Fee: $75/animal
- Early Check-in Fee: $20/hr up to 2 hours early only.
- Late Check-out Fee: $20/hr up to 2 hours later only.
- Any extra fees are non-refundable.
- Additional linens can be provided if requested in advance.

⁠Our community only allows our guests to be given 8 amenity passes for our community and they do not offer any additional passes.
