⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time (which is at 2:00 PM), unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent 24 hours before your departure, you'll receive them at 10:00 AM the day before your checkout.

⚠️ Quiet hours are 9 pm - 7 am. If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.
⚠️ If there is any loud excessive music that causes a noise complaint you will be fined $250 due to getting a complaint.
⚠️ Fireworks are NEVER permitted by the HOA. A $750 fine will be charged if fireworks are lighten off at the home.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. 📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
