2 BDRM Pool Hot tub Balcony with BBQ

Bring the whole family to this wonderful place in Radium. There are three bedrooms, a loft area, a lounge, a full kitchen, a dining area, a laundry room, and a private balcony with a table, chairs, BBQ, and lovely valley views. Radium Peaks has a pool and hot tub, is surrounded by golf courses, is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and is a great central location for checking out all the adventures Columbia Valley has to offer. Please note 4 adults max due to bylaws.

When entering the main building foyer, take the elevator on your right to the 3rd floor and turn left. You will find this unit first on your left.

ENTRANCE
As you enter, you will find space for your shoes, boots, and jackets. The lounge is ahead of you, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining area is to your right. The laundry room is near the entrance closet, and there are stairs up to the loft area and second full bathroom.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is spacious and perfect for creating a quick snack or full meal. There are all the large appliances that you would expect in a family kitchen, plus there is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee for you to use during your stay. You can look out across the lounge area through the hatch with bar stool seating. There is a six seater dining room table just through the kitchen.

LOUNGE AREA
The main lounge area is filled with natural light all thanks to the patio doors, vaulted ceiling, and high window. There are comfortable sofas to relax in after a busy day exploring. You will also find a TV, gas fireplace, and A/C (controlled by the wall thermostat). There is also access to the balcony from the lounge.

BALCONY
The valley views from this balcony are lovely. To help you enjoy the views there is a dining table set and gas BBQ. Please ensure the value is turned off after every use.

BEDROOMS AND LOFT AREA
On the main floor, you will find two queen bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a loft area, another queen bedroom and a full bathroom. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. The bedrooms have closet space for you to use.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Located just inside the unit entryway to the left there is a stackable washer/dryer and an area for storage and hanging of items you may bring.

BATHROOMS
To the right of the living room, there is a hallway where you will find one of the full tub/shower bathrooms. The second bathroom can be found upstairs. Each of the bathrooms are stocked with hotel-quality towels and locally-made hand soap and body wash/shampoo.

PARKING
You can park in the outside parking spots (first come, first served), or you can use the designated space in the underground parking garage.
Note - There are no trailers or ATV's allowed in any of the parking areas or on the property.

OCCUPANCY
There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed in this unit. No exceptions. This is due to local bylaws.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay.

Guests also have access to the pool and hot tub when it is open. The hours are 9:00 am - 9:45 PM and are strictly enforced. The pool closes for the winter after Labour Day Weekend in September and is generally open for the season as of May Long Weekend.

*Please note - The pool and hot tub are a public amenity and are subject to closure for maintenance or other emergencies. We will not always be aware before hand as often they let the owners know after it has already happened.
Other things to note
If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.

There is a local sawmill down the road. While not overly noisy we wanted to let you know there is the potential for some background noise and dust.

Radium Peaks has a strict quiet time of 10 PM to 8 AM
Radium Peaks does not allow trailers or ATV's of any kind on the property
