The space
Our unit is a Sugar Top Resort Condo on the 2nd floor with sweeping views of the mountains including layered long-range views off the balcony. This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is perfect for ski season or as a mountain family getaway.

Enjoy all the Sugar Top Resort has to offer with the indoor pool, fitness area, hot tub, sauna, gated access, attended front desk, and of course, the views!

Our primary bedroom features a king sized bed with an ensuite, shower only bathroom, and a large smart TV. Our second bedroom has two twin sized beds and its own TV as well!

The spacious living area has a massive smart TV perfect for logging into all your streaming apps.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need during your stay including dishware, cutlery, cooking utensils, and many small appliances including a toaster, dual drip and k cup coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and even cooking spices! Sit down at our large 6 seat dining table to enjoy home cooked meals or take out during your stay!

The Sugartop Resort is a premier destination spot when visiting the High Country. Sugartop amenities include a full size heated indoor pool, 2 large hot tubs, 1 dry and 1 wet sauna as well as a state of the art workout facility.

Free shuttles take guests to Sugar Ski Mountain during the winter season, and an 18 hole golf course is also located on the mountain.

You won't find a better place to spend your mountain vacation!

*We do have a wood burning fireplace in this unit, however, Sugar Mountain frequently has high winds and the fireplace is not able to be used during those times. Please check with the front desk for high wind advisory level prior to lighting any fires in the fireplace in the unit.*
Guest access
Guests will have full access to all areas of the condo, with the exception of two locked owner's closets.

Guests also have full use of all amenities at the Resort including pool, hot tubs, saunas, gym, and free shuttle service to the ski slopes (winter only, while ski resort is open).

Our home is in the High Country!

What does this mean for you?

In colder / snowy seasons: you WILL need snow tires or chains, and an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle. The weather in the mountains can change in an instant, and we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay in inclement weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow.

In warmer seasons: please watch carefully for wildlife. We have foxes, deer, and even bears! Do not leave food in your vehicles. Please drive carefully as we frequently see newborn deer crossing the roads in late spring / early summer.

*** Please remember that we do get snow, rain, fog, and other occasional inconveniences that are out of our control here in the mountains. Winter weather can occur here from November through April. This property is accessed and maintained via a paved road, paved driveway, and paved parking area which may be icy or snowy during winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means four-wheel drive, good tires, and possibly snow chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for potentially hazardous road conditions. There will be no refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from weather conditions out of our control. ***
