Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private one-bedroom guest house features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, and a living room with 42” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, and microwave. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

A queen-sized floor mattress is available upon request for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Other features include onsite parking, and keyless access.

Guests will also enjoy Sleeper Park and Steven's Creek at the end of the road, as well as easy access onto the highway for commutes across the peninsula.

*The shades should not be pulled down manually. There is a remote control labeled for shades and it is the only way to move the shades up and down. Pulling the shades will damage the motorized shades and will be the guests responsibility to repair if damaged. The remote is on the wall in the living room.
