Beach Therapy! on OBX

Surround yourself with style in this standout space that was totally renovated in 2024! Never rented a home and close to EVERYTHING the OBX has to offer. The house is located on a quiet street in Southern Shores, surrounded by trees yet only one-tenth of a mile, approximately a 3-minute walk, from your front door to when your toes are in the sand! You can walk or bike to various nearby restaurants, shops, and even the Kitty Hawk Pier!

The space
Walk up a short set of steps to a lower-level deck where the main entrance to the home is located. The level you enter has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms on this level are two twin beds, one king, and one queen. Go up one level to the spacious master bedroom suite located off the kitchen, living room, sunroom, and additional half bath all located at this top level. Walk out the slider doors to another deck located on this middle level with a propane grill. Go up one more flight of stairs outside to another small deck perfect for privacy and sunbathing on the sun loungers! Outdoor shower located at ground level. BONUS - TVs located in all bedrooms and tons of outdoor furniture scattered throughout the decking for added areas to retreat to!

You will have access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owner's closets & garage.

HELLO There! I moved to the OBX from Ellicott City, MD in 2013. I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I Co-host multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting, I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance. I have taught a course at the local church - The Path To Financial Freedom! I LOVE to TRAVEL - so reach out if you would like me to teach a course in YOUR hometown in the US or Internationally!
