Keyless entry to the Home is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.

1.Bedroom
California King bed, full bath- double sink, big deep shower, full walk-in closet, with TV 55in, king bedroom has bunk-bed full over twin. Air Mattress. Big closet with all baby needs. sleeps six, plus air mattress sleeps two more total eight.
In King master closet, we have pack and play, baby tub, highchair.

2. Bedroom
1-Queen size bed with two nightstand, TV 30in Bunk bed twin size. sleeps four.

3.Bedroom
2-Queen size bed, two nightstands with twin bed, TV 30in. sleeps three.

4. Bedroom
3- Full size bed, two kids under tweel years old or one older then tweel years old. Big closet TV 30in. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. sleeps two.

First floor
5. Kitchen
There is a full Kitchen with overside countertop with 2 bar chairs. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, dripping reg coffee maker, and Keurig, tester, stove-oven microwave, three side chair with second countertop table to seat down.

There is two large sofas coffee table tv 85 inches side bench next to window. We have apps on all TVs there is no cable available.

Washer- dryer, and half bathroom.

Pool table, kids' games, reading book, big sofa side chair, two bar stools and tv 55in.

10. Parking
There is space for three cars to park on drive and 3 on side. There is no space for big RV. But near buy you can rent a space for RVs or Boats. We do have camara in front of main door entrance, for your and our safety.

11.POOL AREA
Beautiful Covered heated pool with swimming pool fence around the pool. Spacious bar side chairs, tv, two lounge chairs side table.
-Pool depth starts from 3 feet to 6 feet.
-Outside of pool we have grill on gas.
-We do provide Cooler for beach 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas.

Guests will be sharing left side driveway of the house where tan fence is. Left side is private entrance for the Renter that leaves in other side of backyard. There is yellow private entrance sign.

Pool services will be entering the same gate to clean the pool.

Grill area is all yours. Passing the grill on right is private entrance. The renter is traveling out, ninety percent of time. You do have privacy around the pool.

We do have cameras in front of the house, entrance of the fence, back by the grill and back of the back facing to the renter house. These cameras are not facing to your privacy they are facing to the renter in back of the his house for house privacy when he is gone so nobody goes to his private area. Cameras are not facing to pool or any privacies to you.

Checkout is 10 am. We take care of everything and just ask that you keep up with washing your towels during your stay and have your towels washed and in the dryer at checkout.


If you would like to rebook your dates please reach out to us before your stay as your dates will open online and someone else can book by the day you check in. You do receive a discount for booking direct with us as a repeat guest.

House rules
-No additional guests are allowed other than who is on the reservation.
-Smoking is not allowed.

-Pets are not allowed. Not even Services Dog. The owner of the house has HI Allergies on dogs and cats. This is the only reason this house do not allowed any pets in. The owner does come in and stay on vacation at this house.

-If furniture is moved during your stay it is moved back to its original location at checkout.
-Other than the trash we only ask that you keep your towels washed during your stay and have the last load in the washer or dryer at checkout. If there isn’t any detergent left for you then you can leave the towels for the cleaner. They will take care of everything else at checkout.
-Please follow noise ordinance from 10 pm -7 am and limit of cars parked to avoid disruptions in the neighborhood.



1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.

2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning.
If your stay falls on one of these days, please place the bin at the curb on the previous evening.

3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.

4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

5. Our housekeeping will come at 10:00 am. Please depart the home on time. If you have a super early takeoff, please let us know.


6. Heating pool is on from October thru April. Please note, the pool heater is set at 85 degrees and it turns on automatically. It will turn off during later evening hours and turn back on during the early morning hours. Depending on the weather it will not always be 85 in the morning. It will take some time to warm up throughout the day. There is a fee per stay for heating the pool during cold winter time. Pool is set to 85 degrees and it may feel less but going more then 85 degrease is hot tub temperature. We have it set only at 85 degrease.
