• Lawn Care:Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 40 days or more
