For your entertainment, the living area features a Smart TV, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the condo. You'll find linens and towels provided for your convenience, as well as a starter set of coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Additional conveniences include paid laundry facilities located on the ground floor of the building, and one assigned parking space. During the summer months, guests can enjoy access to the building's outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing swim after a day at the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
