Newly updated home on beautiful Lake Sinclair in Eatonton. This property ticks all the boxes for relaxation and fun on the lake! Gorgeous lake views from almost every room and a flat lakefront yard perfect for yard games and relaxing on the deck, dock, or around the fire pit. This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large deck, and a private boat dock. Bring your boat or rent a pontoon or kayaks to experience Lake Sinclair's beauty.

A fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances will make cooking a breeze after a long day on the water. Relax and enjoy meals with family and friends in the dining room with expansive lake views, or sit outside on the deck. A park-style charcoal grill in the backyard is perfect for cookouts.

POLICIES AND THINGS TO KNOW:

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Maximum occupancy 6 (including children) - no exceptions
- One motorized watercraft allowed
- 3 vehicles maximum allowed

For your safety, this property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera on the deck facing the dock, 1 on the front of the house facing the driveway/parking area, and 1 on the guest house facing the main house front door/parking area. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion-activated and will record video and sound when motion is detected.

Boats: if you plan to bring or rent a boat (one motorized watercraft permitted): there is a low bridge that you must travel under to get to our cove. A standard pontoon with the top down or a fishing boat will easily navigate under the bridge. If you have a ski boat with a tower, we cannot guarantee it will fit under the bridge. We have a 20 ft. boat with a tower and have no issues navigating under the tallest part of the span - a bigger boat might not clear. The closest boat ramp is Crooked Creek Marina (10 min boat ride - 1 mile car ride).

Note: The guest house (unoccupied) adjacent to the main house is the owner's private property and is not included in the rental.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a fun time staying here! The host was AMAZING and great to communicate with. We loved the house and the fire pit in the back with beautiful views. 10/10 would stay here again!

A breath of relaxation

This house was just perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was meant to be nothing more than a relaxing weekend and that is precisely what it was. The only critique I would have (And I probably should have just texted the owner) is I wish the air could be lowered a little below 72 at night. I understand having it locked during the day. A few of the beds are covered with a heavy duty comforter which was delightful but 72 is a lil warm for that. BUT that is a very minor critique. Julie sent me a guide via text... I wish I would have read that instead of thinking it was the same thing that Evolve sends. She had to text to ask us to move our car. She was so incredibly polite about that but hate she had to ask us. This home is decorated beautifully. A perfect cozy get a way! Thank you for sharing your retreat with us!

Back to school trip!

This house was an absolute dream! We had the best stay! Julie was so easy to work with! The house was the cleanest vacation rental we have every stayed in. Everything was as pictured… the location was great and so easy to get to! We will for sure be back again! I have not one complaint!

Amazing property!

My husband, parents and sister’s family stayed at this property for a wedding! It was so beautiful and spotless! The views of the lake were amazing! There was a beautiful outdoor space with a deck and fire pit! The main house had lots of space and was decorated beautifully. We loved having the guest house that provided extra privacy and a fun area to play games. Julie was such a wonderful host and took great care of us! We will definitely go back! Thank you Julie!
