Marmont 63 is located 1.4 miles from the center of Ellicottville- less than a 2-minute drive! Main Street features plenty of unique bars, restaraunts, boutiques and more.
It is just 2.6 miles to Holiday Valley Ski Resort which offers snowboarding, skiing, tubing, golfing, ziplines, and an adventure park.
Enjoy views of HoliMont Private Ski Club, within walking distance - the slopes are just across the street! Holimont offers public skiing during the weekdays, and is a private ski club on the weekends.
Looking for more outdoor adventure? HoliMont XC Cross Country Trail entrance is directly across the street and open to the public. The trail is groomed and can be enjoyed sun or snow, with the right footwear and attire! The trail offers stunning views of the HoliMont
