The suite has 1 bedroom fitted with a queen bed - dressed in modern linens. The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.

The suite is set-up to offer short or longer term stays and has ample storage space.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The kitchen has standard size appliances and is equipped to prepare meals and dine in. The dining table has 4 chairs and can double as a work space for those guests working mobile. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided.

The living room has a comfy couch and a Smart TV. Guests are welcome to stream their favourite apps.

Guests can use the in-suite washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent.


Neighbourhood:
Colwood is just 10 km up the road from BC`s capital city of Victoria and less than 40 km from the Victoria International Airport and the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal. Getting around is easy with an efficient public transit system and the Galloping Goose Regional Trail which runs through the City and makes for an easy and enjoyable scenic bike ride into Victoria.

The Colwood Waterfront features miles of breathtaking ocean beachfront with a view across to the City of Victoria at one end and the amazing snow capped peaks of the Olympic Mountains at the other. Fisgard Lighthouse completes the view.

Across the road from the beach is Esquimalt Lagoon National Migratory Bird Sanctuary — a large, shallow lagoon enclosed within a sand spit and connected to the ocean by a tidal channel at the one end. It's a favourite spot for birdwatchers and kayakers.

Parking:
Please park on the street not in the driveway.

Access:
When you arrive and face the front of the house, take the path on the right handside of the house to the suite. Around the corner is the suite door. There is motion sensor lighting. Guests will access this suite using the 4 digit code given prior to check-in.

Backyard:
Guest do not have access to the backyard.

The suite is managed by a property management company. Guest with correspond with a member from guest services via their booking channel.

The home owner live above the suite. Guest will hear a transfer of noise from the family and their dog. The owners are very considerate of the noise they make and will do their very best to not interrupt guests. The suite is not suitable for a guest that is sensitive to noise.
- Please, no smoking/vaping or pets in the suite
- No parties
- Please do not wear your shoes in the suite
- Quiet time is between 11PM – 7AM daily

IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests MUST REMOVE ALL SEAFOOD AND SHELLFISH waste from the property themselves. This includes buckets and any remnants of shellfish.
