The cabin has 2 outdoor firepit options, a gas or a wood firepit. Cornhole, board games, a DVD library, and streaming with 365mb fiber cable will keep you entertained or working. :(

The cabin is accessed only by steps.

No cell service is available, however, WiFi calling can be enabled to make calls over Spectrum fiber cable which works perfectly.

The indoor fireplace is capped and unusable. Enjoy building fires in the firepit outside.

The lower level is a separate living area occasionally used by the owners, one of whom has serious allergies to pets. The one HVAC system is shared on both levels of the home. Due to this circumstance/health issue, no pets/animals of any kind are permitted. This includes service/assistance animals.

Guest access:
You will have full access to the entire upper level of the cabin. The owner has an apartment downstairs but never occupies this area when guests are there.
