Guests has access to the main and upper floor only.
1. BOOKING: We DO NOT accept any 3rd party booking.
2. LIABILITIES: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to any person or personal property during your stay.
3. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: All guests staying in the unit must be on the reservation.
4. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours between 10pm - 9am. No parties or events at any time. Please keep the noise down to comply with the local noise bylaws. Guests will be charged for $200 per instance if a noise violation report is received.
5. SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited, including balcony. There will be a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking.
6. LOCAL BYLAW: All guests are required to follow the local/condo Bylaws and community standards.
7. Any violation of rules 3-6 above will result in a minimum penalty of $200 per day per instance. Depending on the severity of the violation, immediate eviction without any refund may apply.
8. CHECKOUT: Unauthorized late checkout will result in a $200 late checkout fee for the first 2 hours. And will increase by $100 every hour after that.
9. DAMAGE: Any damage to the property will be charged at the original purchase price plus a $100 administration fee.
10. If guests are found in violation of house rules, breaking any laws, or receiving repeated complaints from neighbors or building managers, a team will escort the guest out of the unit, resulting in an additional $500 penalty.
