The views are stunning and wildlife are frequent visitors to the property.

With 6 beds in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths this spacious open space style chalet is a great place to relax after a great day of hiking, skiing or just enjoying South Park. The open area has a full kitchen to make a meal with everyone together by the fireplace. The game room let's you relax and show off those foosball skills or poker prowess.

Located near Kite Lake trailhead with access to Mt. Democrat (14,148 ft), Mt. Cameron (14,238 ft.), Mt. Lincoln (14,286 ft.) and Mt. Bross (14,172). Want something a bit easier? The Pika loop is a 5 minute walk away with amazing views of the Mosquito range.

In winter there is cross-country skiing out the front door or Breckenridge is just 40 minutes away for downhill skiing.

Other fun activities include fishing on Sacramento Creek or at the beach in Fairplay, visiting historic South Park City, rafting in Buena Vista and Salida, sight seeing in Breckenridge.

There is a high-chair and playpen if you have a baby in your group.

Located up a dirt road you can access the property easily in the summer but you will need AWD or 4WD in the summer with good tires.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome.
